Program Fees

Fess are $150/month for unlimited groups per week and $75/month for up to two groups per week. Program fees are billed on a monthly basis and sliding scale scholarships are also available. We are committed to serving those who need our services.

Transportation

Individuals may pay a per-ride or monthly fee for transportation to and from the Aphasia Center in Midland on our mobility van. We also partner with Mission Center Adult Day Service to provide transportation to and from Odessa.

Family & Friends

We believe that aphasia impacts more than just the person with aphasia. This group is comprised of family, friends, and care givers of people with aphasia to lean on and learn from one another through their experiences with their loved ones.

The purpose of Low Down is to keep our ACWT members, family, friends, and board informed of all activities and upcoming opportunities at the center. We come together as a community to support each other in our effort to live life fully.

out & about

Going to restaurants, museums, movie theaters, libraries and shopping can seem overwhelming and hard to navigate for someone coping with expressive or receptive aphasia. Family members and friends can join in on “Out and About” as we tackle these communication and logistical challenges.

ALL ABOUT APHASIA COURSE

This 4-week course provides key education and strategies upon which all other Aphsia Center services build. Our speech-language pathologists offer individuals, care partners, friends and families practical tips and information about living life with aphasia.
