Celebrating 250 Years

Happy 250th anniversary america!

In celebration of the United States’ 250th anniversary, the Aphasia Center of West Texas is proud to auction a truly meaningful piece of art — a handcrafted American flag created by Aphasia Center members in our very own woodshop program.

This stunning framed flag is a labor of love. Each stripe is individually hand‑painted and carefully inlaid into the wooden frame, showcasing both craftsmanship and the determination of the members who created it. It’s more than patriotic décor — it’s a symbol of resilience, creativity, and the power of community for people living with aphasia.

When you place a bid, you’re not just supporting this one‑of‑a‑kind piece. You’re supporting programs that help survivors reconnect with their voices, their confidence, and their independence.

Auction live from 7:00am July 1st to 11:55pm July 4th.
